Get Relief! Stretching workshop is a one day workshop for those interested in learning how to properly perform Active Isolated Stretching. These stretches can be used in group exercise classes, personal training or for personal use to help increase flexibility and Get Relief! from tight and sore muscles. This workshop is a must for everyone, as we all have or know someone who has muscular imbalances that lead to soreness, tightness and even pain. In this workshop, you will learn extensively about Active Isolated Stretching and why it is the most effective technique in relieving muscular imbalances. You will also learn 40 specific stretches that will help anyone to achieve muscular balance by increasing flexibility, decreasing tightness, and lengthening all major muscles in body. Included in this workshop, you will receive a Get Relief! Stretching 2 DVD set with all the stretches you are going to learn in the workshop and an 8-ft-long stretching rope.
